Subject: 9th Demand to Sheriff Mike Scott (death threat letter) release, other misconduct

Refusal to respond to my recent lawful emails by Lee Sheriff Executive Director Holloway, a violation of the model code of professional responsibility.  With these facts, an attorney ethical violation punishable by disbarment.  I note that the threats made by Gregory Goodyear are paled by the death threats in this case (emailed concerning the illegal selective and discriminatory arrest).  Mike Scott, hypocritical misconduct to target a citizen for death by refusing to address serious death threats.  The requests he refuses to respond to are as follows:

His last email to me while alive below,  His son sent two from the same account after the suicide.  So yes, his life was over, for employment or chance to straighten out his life because the police failed to treat his crimes seriously, and I had to protect the public by publishing the truth about him, i put his life's history online.  Now Mike Scott is doing the same.  Any deaths now are on Mike Scott. 

I published all the data on Nelson to protect the public from the fraud and harassment, his bankruptcy, his drug arrest, etc.. His life was over, a life of crime, so yes, I am partly responsible for his suicide.  Trevor Nelson would be quite correct in targeting me.  You guys cleared him apparently, so the lawsuit will progress against Gilbert Police for the death threats.  Surprising in that the instagram fraud by trevor nelson was proven as were the emails from his dead father's gmail account.  

No mailed received today, hopefully my property is in the mail box tomorrow.  -- scott huminski

As an attorney you have an ethical obligation to provide me materials that will avoid frivolous litigation and a burden on the federal courts.  I can withdraw most of my Rule 60(b) motion before the USDC (Ct) if you have information about the death threats being not somehow legitimate or real.  Please explain.

If you do not clarify, i will report your position to the USDC, you believe you have evidence and information proving my claims concerning the death threats to be unfounded,  please supply.  You can end the federal litigation now by sharing the basis of your conclusions.

Pursuant to your ethical obligations, if I don't hear from you on this and it is indeed true what you say about the death threats, you are encouraging frivolous litigation before the federal courts.  

I note that the right to life is a human right ratified by the United States and under the supremacy clause is "law of the land", the federal courts have jurisdiction over this matter.  Lee county hiring counsel in Conn. concerning this matter does not make sense.  Just cooperate.

You must explain your conclusions about the death threats.   -- scott huminski

Please provide all document leading to the conclusion that i have violent tendencies as stated in the .pdf documents provided via email.  This is a separate issue from the death threats.  This is a conclusion about my behavior, that is supported by information you have not provided.  Please forward these documents.

And supply all information as to the "there was no “murder plot”, no legitimate  “death threats”,  Please supply all information related to me not receiving death threats in the U.S. Mail with the first one stating,

Please explain how this is not a legitimate death threat, i do not understand your logic.  

Instead of obfuscation, just let me know if i have to file a lawsuit to get to the bottom of this.  The conclusion that the above is not a legitimate death threat is bizarre logic that defies logic, please explain.   Any legal action will be filed only for injunctive and declaratory relief, thus, insurance will not participate as there will be no money damages.  This will cost the sheriff's dept far more than simply cooperating with me instead of being evasive.
